Yoga in ‘Our Space’ Rathnew

Classes are suitable for all abilities. Each class is a mix of dynamic breath centered movement incorporating both mobility and strength. The purpose to slow down, release tension and find balance both mentally and physically. The ultimate aim of yoga is to be able to build focus to sit still comfortably and be in the moment.

Plenty of free parking around the centre.

Note - Our Space is located around the back of the shopping centre. Access via the side ramp to the left near Rathnew Pharmacy.

How to find us by car:

  1. Best way: Drive into Wilton Manor housing estate take the first right and follow the road to the green. We are located beside Wilton Clinic in the corner. Parking available directly in front.

  2. Drive into Merrymeeting Shopping Centre. Park in front of Centra Rathnew/Rathnew Pharmacy and walk up the side ramp to the left of the building. You will find us beside Wilton Clinic, entrance in the corner.

  • Yoga mats, straps and blocks available for use.

  • There is a large bathroom which can be used a changing area if needed.

  • Drop in's welcome at any stage. Check booking app above for space availability.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Block of classes - Refunds for pre-paid blocks are not given once a block has commenced. A refund will be offered before the start date if the place can be filled. There are no makeup classes on offer.

    Drop in classes - No refunds or makeup classes unless cancelled within 24 hours.
