Being from a corporate background, Sarah-Jane knows what it is like to have a busy schedule and work to tight deadlines. Whilst working as a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, a regular yoga practice allowed her to find balance and calm a very busy mind.
Price options can be set up on the basis of the employee and/or employer contributing to the class.
Sarah-Jane Yoga is fully insured and Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to.
No equipment required - all you need is a yoga mat to practice. We can set up classes in a boardroom or any type of a private, clean floor space you have available. We can assess your chosen location to determine if suitable for classes.
