ABOUT ME

Hi, I am Sarah Jane. I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching since 2014. I believe yoga is for everyone and a life-long learning tool to living gracefully.

Yoga is unique to each individual. It is a journey of discovery through body and breath to:

  • achieve a sense of balance

  • find ease in the body and mind

  • move through the world with clear intentions

  • connect with the your own unique internal landscape

Classes are tailored to the individuals present in the class with a consistent, simple approach through slow dynamic movement.

Everyone can attend these classes and modifications will be offered to tailor to each individual. Although if you do have limitations or injuries talk to me before attending to assess if a class is suitable.
